E-Series major event log can not be deleted

Issue
- Error is observed attempting to Clear the Event Log in SANtricity UI > Support > Event Log:
The configured disk limits have been exceeded; writes to the database are currently being blocked (Web Server 503).
- Error observed attempting to retrieve Trace Buffer in SANtricity UI > Support > Diagnostics > Collect Trace Buffers:
no space left on device
