Issue

Users are unable to log in to the NetApp E-Series storage system using their
domain (Active Directory) accounts. The following error is displayed:

DirectoryServicesConnectionFailed

Domain (Active Directory) logins fail with ???DirectoryServicesConnectionFailed???
Local admin account logins continue to work
No recent changes or maintenance reported prior to issue
Underlying storage services and hardware are unaffected; only management access
via domain accounts is impacted
