  • Mount paths from storage appear as offline in the CommVault application.

  • The backup server VM, which hosts the CommVault Media Agent, shows extended delays (over 15 minutes) when launching Disk Management.

  • Attempts to access volume paths intermittently result in the error:
    "The disk structure is corrupted and unreadable."
