  • NetApp ASA-A20 systems
  • NetApp AFF-A20 systems
  • Gizo platform-based ASA/AFF systems

Issue

When accessing the LOADER prompt or reviewing log outputs on an ASA-A20 system, the motherboard model (MOBO_MODEL) is displayed as “AFF-A20” instead of “ASA-A20”. This may cause confusion during acceptance testing or documentation review.

Example log output:

LOADER> printenv
MOBO_MODEL=AFF-A20

Customer expects to see “ASA-A20” but sees “AFF-A20” in the LOADER interface.
