SnapCenter plugin for Windows error: None of the host initiators are logged into the controller

Issue

  • Clone and verification is failing while mounting the snapshot with the error message:

"mount snapshot failed Failed to mount storage resource, error is None of the host initiators  <WWPNs-FOR-FCP> are logged into the controller. Resolution: Please make sure the supplied initiators are logged in."

  • Even though host World Wide Port Name (WWPN) is connected with storage controller, SnapCenter fails to see the initiators in Windows 2019 host
