SnapCenter Plug-in for VMware vSphere (SCV) 

Issue

  • SCV does not clean-up log files properly which causes the VM to panic and the SCV services to fail.
  • Error in the Maintenance Console:
    Error in tempdir() using /tmp/XXXXXXXXXX: Could not create directory <dir>: no space left on device 
  • Error seen in the SCV admin console:

vCenter Plugin connection has failed. VADP Server error occurred and SnapCenter Plug-in connection has failed. Failed to VMware plugin status: (Connection timed out). Please make sure the plugin is up and running
