SnapCenter Plug-In for Oracle (SCO) 4.x

Issue

When attempting to upgrade SnapCenter Plug-In for Oracle (SCO) from version 4.0 directly to 4.2 or later, the plug-in will fail to upgrade.

Some potential errors are as followed:

  • Upgrade failed on 'hostname' 
  • Fingerprint is not registered for the host 'hostname'
  • Plug-ins are not available on the host 'hostname' to upgrade
