SCV fails to create/update resource group due to NumberFormatException

  • ONTAP 9

Issue

  • The resource group is abnormal about the time is NaN status in the Data Broker after VMotion some VMs out from this resource group via the ESXi vSphere client.
  • Edit the resource group shows "Field cannot be empty" alert.
  • After hitted the Finish button on the Edit Page, the errors pop up Failed to create/update the resource group and java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: “NaN”.
