Issue

Recovery of a cloned database failed with:
PL-SCO-30049: Recovery of cloned database with SID E9QCDBQ failed with error:
"ORACLE-00101: Error executing RMAN command: [CATALOG START WITH '/var/opt/snapcenter/scu/clones/oracle_<db_name>_clone_2/' NOPROMPT;].
The command returned:
RMAN-07517  : Reason: The file header is corrupted
RMAN-07517  : Reason: The file header is corrupted
RMAN-07517  : Reason: The file header is corrupted
RMAN-07517  : Reason: The file header is corrupted"

Manual recovery of the database will be required.
