After AIQUM 9.10p1 or 9.11 upgrade ONTAP or GCP CVO will not allow single file restore
Applies to
- Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM 9.10p1 & 9.11)
- ONTAP 9.x
- Google Cloud Provider (GCP)
- Cloud Volumes OnTap cluster (CVO)
- file restore via AIQ Unified Manager restore utilizing NDMP
Issue
- When attempting to add a new GCP cluster or do a single file or folder restore from GCP cluster then it would fail with the following error in "Restore job" in UI.
Could not find cluster management IP address for cluster
- In logs
ocum-error.logwill show the same exact error message as well
