Active IQ Unified Manager HTTPS certificate page does not open

Issue

  • Clicking "HTTPS Certificates" in the UI yields no response
  • Attempting to access the URL directly shows an endless spinning circle
  • Unable to access HTTPS Certificate window in WebUI.
  • When running the DFM SSL commands we get this message:
    • [root@server cert]# dfm ssl server setup
      Error: sudo: PAM account management error: Permission denied
      [root@server cert]#
      
      [root@server cert]# dfm ssl server detail
      Error: Unable to communicate with server.  Please ensure the server is running.
      
  • When running the command "cert.sh" we get the following message:
    • [root@server cert]# su -c "sudo /opt/netapp/essentials/bin/cert.sh display -rfc" -s /bin/bash jboss
      sudo: PAM account management error: Permission denied
      [root@server cert]#
