Active IQ Unified Manager fails to install MySQL with "The GPG keys listed for the 'MySQL 8.0 Community Server' repository are already installed but they are not correct for this package."

Issue

When Active IQ Unified Manager attempts to install MySQL Community Edition, the install fails with an error similar to the following:
