AD remote authentication fails with AIQUM

When attempting to authenticate with Active IQ Unified Manager, the below errors are logged:

  • UM Web UI
    • Authentication Failed. Please verify Username and Password.
  • UM Log Shows Error:
    • audit.log:
      • Nov 05 13:52:00 [:NOTIC]::WEB:err:[10.x.x.x]::Authentication failed for user_name [ RemoteIpAddress: 10.x.x.x; SessionId: null]: Authenticating token for ldap user not successful.
