NetApp Keystone – 3rd Party Vendor Support Engagement
Purpose
To define a consistent, auditable, and customer-transparent process for engaging and managing third-party vendor support in NetApp Keystone environments while preserving NetApp’s single point of accountability to the customers.
Scope
This KBA applies when a Keystone service incident, event, or request involves infrastructure, software, or services delivered by non-NetApp / Third-party vendors, including but not limited to:
· Data center providers
· Network service providers
· Power, cooling, or facility vendors
· OEM hardware under vendor warranty
· Managed service or logistics partners
