Issue

On ONTAP systems deployed in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, configuration operations that go through the cloud provider's proxy endpoint—most notably IP move during takeover/giveback—fail when that endpoint is configured for HTTPS. The endpoint cannot be resolved or contacted, the IP move does not complete, and the IP is not relocated in the cloud backend. Because the storage virtual machine's IP no longer matches the cloud network configuration, data served by that IP becomes inaccessible.
Only systems whose cloud proxy endpoint is configured for HTTPS are affected. Systems using the HTTP endpoint complete these operations normally.
