Issue

In an OCI shared HA configuration, a node may panic during or after a reboot if its connection to a remote disk is interrupted and does not recover. The node may report {}DIAGNOSTIC PANIC Disk deleted or missing on cloud shared HA{}. HA takeover may occur, or the VM may halt and require a restart.
