Issue

Snapmirror replication fails within the SCV backup with the following errors:

YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss Failed to get peered vservers., Exception:Failed to run a command Get-PeerVservers

YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss  No retry condition match found or max retry reached. Throwing error Insufficient privileges: user 'scv-user' does not have read access to this resource. Insufficient privileges: user 'scv-user' does not have read access to this resource
