Issue

SnapShot creation fails with the error seen in the backup details:

InitializeONTAP() throw exception:  API invoke failed:A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. [::ffff:IP_Address]:443 (IP_Address:443)
Message    :  API invoke failed:A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. [::ffff:IP_Address]:443 (IP_Address:443)
Message    : Failed to connect to the storage system <SVM_FQDN>
Please check the storage system name, IP address, or the specified credentials and the network connectivity
