Issue

After upgrading to SnapCenter 4.8, SnapCenter generates the following error -
'Audit logging failed'; alert description:

"SnapCenter repository is not accessible. Error: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061):
Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted [::1]:3306"
