SnapCenter UFS Backups Stuck in Running State Due to Missing TARGET_URL

Issue

  • After upgrading the UFS to 6.2, backups initiated via the SnapCenter schedule or manually via the UI remained stuck in a Running  state without failure or timeout
  • From the sccore.log on the plugin host the following error can be seen:
ERROR [pool-13-thread-1] com.netapp.plugincreator.workflow.notifier.impl.JobStatusNotifierImpl - SCC-00225: Unable to update job status for jobId[12345] on SnapCenter Server: [Expect TARGET_URL and TOKEN to be set. TARGET_URL:null TOKEN:...]
