Issue

SnapCenter SQL backups are failing with "Error:The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to".

SnapCenter SMSQL Log:

ERROR SmSql_306130 PID=[9132] TID=[42] ConnectionFailureException: The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to.

ERROR SmSql_306130 PID=[9132] TID=[42] ErrorCode (-1), ErrorMessage (The SQL instance 'Database Instance name' is either stopped or the user 'User name' does not have required permission. Error: The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to.)

ERROR SmSql_306130 PID=[9132] TID=[42] The SQL instance 'Database Instance name' is either stopped or the user 'user name' does not have required permission. Error: The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to.

ERROR SmSql_306130 PID=[9132] TID=[42] Failed to enumerate SQL Server instance {Database Instance name}

ERROR SmSql_306130 PID=[9132] TID=[310] ErrorCode (0), ErrorMessage (Discovery of SQL Instances 'Database Instance name' failed. Ensure the SQL server(s) are in running state with sysadmin privileges.)
