SCU complete restore fails with the error

PL-SCU-00004: Unable to complete the Restore operation, reason: Failed to copy files to 'filesystem name', reason: 'rsync: failed to set times on "filesystem name/.snapshot"; Read-only file system (30) rsync error: some files/attrs were not transferred (see previous errors) (code 23) at main.c(1178) [sender=3.1.21'.
