SnapCenter Backups are slow after upgrading to 6.0.1P1 when winrm is disabled on Plug-in hosts

Issue
- SnapCenter Backups are very slow after upgrading to 6.0.1P1.
- Host and Disk discoveries/enumeration were slow. SnapCenter would take a long time to enumerate disks or the hosts.
- The following error messages are reported in SCW_<JOBID>.log

If the destination is the WinRM service, run the following command on the destination to analyze and configure the WinRM service: "winrm quickconfig".
