SnapCenter 6.0.1 Discovery fails with a timeout of 60 minutes

Issue

After adding the DB2 Host with the DB2 Plug-in using sudoers setup, while running discovery, the following error message appears:

ErrorCode(-1), ErrorMessage (SCC-00175: Auto Complete Discovery for plug-in [DB2] failedwith error [       Operation [DISCOVERCOMPLETE] timed out, refer logs for more details.Set the SC_AGENT_TIMEOUT parameter for configuring the timeout on this host by running"Set-SmConfigSettings -Plugin -HostName hostname -PluginCode <plugin_code> -configSettings@{"SC_AGENT_TIMEOUT"="timeout_in_seconds"} " PowerShell cmdlet from the SnapCenter Server.] and exit code [1]. Exiting.)

Failed Activity 'Storage Discovery' failed with error: Failed to fetch the storage system details. Make sure the Storage Virtual Machine (SVM) is added for the resources: Resource Name. Activity 'Send EMS Messages' failed with error: unable to find storage system for given resources. EMS message instead sent to the storage connection accessible by this user:User Name 2. job logs shows Errors

Note: this issue may also present itself on other Plug-ins that do proper Discovery of Databases.
