Issue

SCV will not install the extension in vSphere after SCV is updated to 4.8.  Fails with error:

Error downloading plug-in. URL is unreachable.
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out
java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketConnect(Native Method)
