SCV system time drifts out of synch with NTP server

Issue
- SCV system time drifts out of synch with NTP server.
- There is no error in the logs and system clock is synchronised is set to "no" in SCV support bundle:

- SCV snapshots are still showing the correct time stamps.
- NTP server is correctly configured in SCV and is reachable.
