SCV snapshots are deleted upon creation

Issue

  • New snapshots are deleted from the volume(s) by ONTAP shortly after being created by SCV backup jobs. 
  • SCV's vmcontrol logs show the following relevant entries: 

2024-07-09 07:19:52.839 ERROR scv_app --- [tp1825027294-13] c.n.a.s.c.SnapManagerStorageServiceImpl : [JobId:18] Mount Backup failed: Failed to create the volume clone.Failure. job details: [ 1638624 ]: Internal Error. Failed to lookup Snapshot copy tags for "VMFS_Datastores_07-08-2024_21.00.00.0767". Error: Bad Snapshot name.,
