SCV is unable to connect to SVM

Issue

Unable to connect to an SVM which is already configured in SCV with the error seen in the job logs:

[DBG] Storage system id: <SVM_FQDN>
[DBG] Connecting to preferred IP: <IP_Address>
[DBG] TransportType: Https
[DBG] Port: 443
[DBG] Timeout: 60000
[DBG] UserName: <username>
ERROR <SVM_FQDN> --- [474675244-69923] c.n.a.s.p.DiscoverResourcesManager : [JobId:] com.netapp.nvpf.api.model.ApiException: Unable to get storage details for datastore <DS_Name>
with managed object reference datastore-80089. Storage system(s) may need to be added, also ensure that the associated host is in a connected state
[ERR] Incorrect credentials for <IP_Address>. at NetApp.DataProtection.Storage.CommandAPI.ConnectNcController.ConnectHTTP(IController filer, DataProtectionCredential credentials)
