SCV time doesn't sync with Windows NTP Server

Issue

  • SCV/NDB time is incorrect even though NTP server and correct timezone are configured.
  • SCV/NDB can ping the Windows NTP Server by "3) Network Configuration" -> "8) Ping a host" in maintenance console.
  • In SCV/NDB diagnostic shell, "sudo ntpq -pn" shows reach=0, and "sudo ntpq -c as" shows reach=no, condition=reject as below.
