SCV: SnapVault\SnapMirror update fails if SVM is missing from storage cache

Issue

SnapVault\SnapMirror update fails with following error messages.

[DBG] The SVM '<SVM_Name>' with User '<none>\<none>' , UserGroupObjectType 'None' and Role 0 RoleObjectsShared False is not in the storage system cache.
[DBG] <SVM_Name> is missing from storage cache. Starting update from server. Thread ID: 188
