Datastore shows unprotected in BlueXP console and activate backup fails

Issue

  • Datastores in BlueXP  web console   show up as "Unprotected" 
  • When trying to activate the backups for Datastores in BlueXP web console, fails with an error
 
protectVolumesInCBS returned with errors :
 
Failed to protect volume name: xxxx, volume uuid: xxxx, svm name: , svm uuid: , and application ID:xxxx with error: The volume does not exist in any of the working environments for volume name: xxxx and volume uuid: xxxxx add%!(EXTRA string=, string=).
