SCV Backup randomly fails with: "Operation allowed only on Read_Write (RW) volumes"

- Data protection source SVM and destination SVM have duplicated data LIF IP addresses (VServer-DR/SVM-DR)
- Datastores are used with SMBC (SnapMirror business Continuity)
Issue
- SCV backup randomly fails as it tries to connect destination SVM instead of source SVM to take a snapshot
- SCV jog log shows error:
[ERR] Failed to run a command New-NcSnapshotMulti
[DBG] ex.Message : Invalid input. Reason: Operation allowed only on Read_Write (RW) volumes.
[DBG] ex.InnerException.Message : Invalid input. Reason: Operation allowed only on Read_Write (RW) volumes.
vmcontrol.log
indicates that SVM different than usual is found by NFS LIF before error occurres
