SCV 6.0P1 NTP server configuration changes are not reflected

Issue
- Though changing NTP server configuration via maintenance console or SCV GUI (https://SCV-IP:8080),
ntpq -p
does not show the new NTP server. - Even though NTP server configuration at the time of deployment of SCV 6.0 is specified,
ntpq -p
shows other NTP servers

ntpq -p
displays NTP server that specified before upgrading from SCV 5.0 or earlier, but the changes in SCV 6.0 are not reflected.
