Issue

SCO clones for databases using ASM do not mount the devices in a way that is usable for ASM:

Activity 'Application Clone' failed with error: PL-SCO-30000: Cloning of database with SID <SID> failed with error: ASM-00015: Mounting of ASM Disk Group SC_123456789_SID failed: ORACLE-10003: Error executing SQL "ALTER DISKGROUP SC_123456789_SID MOUNT RESTRICTED" against Oracle database +ASM1: ORA-15032: not all alterations performed
ORA-15017: diskgroup "SC_123456789_SID" cannot be mounted
