Issue

In some circumstances renamedg fails during clone operation of ASFD setup with Linux unsupported error:

ERROR: -9(Error 27072, OS Error (Linux-x86_64 Error: 95: Operation not supported

For that Oracle support suggested that instead of using /dev/mapper/.. as the asm_diskstring,  AFD:*  should be used when dealing with AFD managed disks.
But after changing the asm_diskstring to only AFD:* as below, renamedg still picks up dev/mapper as the asm_diskstring.

[grid@nctest ~]$ asmcmd dsget
parameter:AFD:*
profile:AFD:*

SQL> show parameter asm_diskstring

NAME                                 TYPE                              VALUE
------------------------------------ --------------------------------- ------------------------------
asm_diskstring                       string                            AFD:*


SCO still picks up /dev/mapper  as the asm_diskstring even though source db was modified and new backup was taken for cloning.
