Issue

SCSQL backup fails randomly with the error seen in <installation_path>\NetApp\SnapCenter\App_Data\log\SnapManagerWeb_<id>.log:

ERROR SnapManagerWeb_632770 PID=[696] TID=[83] ErrorCode (-1), ErrorMessage (Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {<CLSID>} failed due to the following error: 800703fa Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800703FA).)
