RabbitMQ installation fails during Snapcenter upgrade

Issue

  • During the upgrade we see the following errors during the RABBITMQ installation:

    Executing command: rabbitmq-plugins.bat enable rabbitmq_management
    4-12-2026[01:22:12 PM]: (PowerShell Action): rabbitmq-plugins.bat output:

  • After the upgrade we see the following error in the Snapcenter GUI
    Alert Name RabbitMQ Connection Failure
    Severity  Critical
    Entity Type SnapCenter Server
    Entity Name SC.Demo.net
    Status New
    Time 04/12/2026 12:34:06 PM
    Job Id Not applicable
    Description SnapCenter Server is unable to establish RabbitMQ connection
    Recommendation Verify and ensure RabbitMQ service is running. If problem persists, reach out to SnapCenter support
