How to use Swagger to edit configuration parameters in SCV

Description

  • Multiple configuration parameters in SCV can be changed to match the needs of a specific environment.
  • Starting in SCV 4.6 and later, the recommended way to adjust these is via internal SCV RestAPI using Swagger UI.

Note: If the UseAppSettings is set to True in the /opt/netapp/protectionservice/publish/storage/appsettings-storage.json file, this will override the Swagger configuration. If using Swagger, set the UseAppSettings parameter to False and restart the SCV services.
