No, it's not mandatory to suspend SnapCenter jobs before changing IIS application pool recycling conditions

Notes: 

  • In case of shortening the interval of the recycling conditions for some reason, change the configuration when no job is running to prevent unexpected job termination
  • Restarting World Wide Web Publishing Service is not needed after changing the recycle configuration
