SnapCenter Server up to version 4.3.2

Issue

When trying to add a VServer management LIF IP address, for example 192.168.1.2, the progress seems to go through without an error, but the SVM is never added.

This can happen when longer IP's (by one or two digits) are already registered for other SVMs, for example: 192.168.1.21 and 192.168.1.22.
