Issue

The following error is coming up when you starting the IBM Cognos service from "IBM Cognos Configuration" window

[ ERROR ] The port range '9303-9324' in parameter 'NodeJS Services port range' located in 'Environment' is invalid. Please choose a port range that includes at least '10' available ports.
