Ansible playbook script is missing in AIQDA under "View All Risk" for cluster

  • Ansible playbook scripts are dependent on support offering available to customer clusters
  • Here are the steps to check by your own, the support offering for your cluster and compare with the Support Offering Comparison page.
  1. Log on to Active IQ Digital Advisor
  2. Go to Dashboard > Inventory {Right Hand Side} > View All System > {column} Support Offering. This column will reveal the support offering you have for the cluster.

  3. Go to General {Left Hand side} > Support Offerings, Here you will compare your cluster support offering and where it fell and what is offer by Active IQ Digital Advisor

  4. Ansible scripts are not available for cluster whose support offering fall under "warranty, basic, value, standard, or premium"

  5. Customer can upgrade their support offering by following this document "Upgrade the support offering"
