Upgrade of Unified Manager on Linux hosts fails due to missing dependency

Issue
- The ActiveIQ Unified Manager install fails during pre-check with a jemalloc dependency error.
- In the install or upgrade log, located in
/var/log/ocum, the following error is seen:
