Issue

  • Domain user authentication stopped working for AIQUM
  • Remote authentication is configured with LDAPS
  • ocumserver.log has the following error message:
2023-09-26 11:15:43,153 ERROR [admin] [default task-149167] [service.logging.SimpleRemoteLoggingService|logOnServer] [c.n.d.w.c.s.l.LdapServersPagePresenter] Unable to communicate with the authentication server due to the following reasons: unable to find valid certification path to requested target. Verify your authentication server configuration.
