Unable to Configure LUN Limit Exceeded Alerts in Active IQ Unified Manager

Issue

When attempting to configure Event Management System (EMS) event subscriptions from AIQUM. The following issues and log errors were observed:
  • EMS subscription status shows as “NO” in the Unified Manager Web UI.

  • Log output from occum.server.log:

2025-07-1708:02:31,430 ERROR [oncommand][reconciliation-2][10.X.X.X] [c.n.dfm.collector.OcieJmsListener] Inventory change listener error

com.netapp.autozapi.client.ApiProtocolException: Connection error to StorageSystem 10.X.X.X: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Path does not chain with any of the trust anchors
