Issue

  • ONTAP  Cluster switch power supply failed
  • The switch is normal cluster switch (non MetroCluster)
  • ONTAP Event log triggered: [Node Name: mgwd: callhome.hm.alert.major:alert]: Call home for Health Monitor process cshm SwitchPowerFail_Alert[Switch Name/PowerSupply-1].
  • AIQUM didn't generate an event and subsequently no alert despite the event switch power supply failed being selected in the alert setup
