Services do not start after upgrade from AIQUM 9.12 to 9.13 OVA

Issue

  • The upgrade procedure completes successfully
  • Upon starting the services, the process times out after an hour and the services are not started
  • A lot of errors seen in /var/log/ocie/server.log:
2023-09-02 06:00:00,011 ERROR [org.hibernate.engine.jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper] (task-scheduler-8) (conn=377822) Tablespace is missing for table `ocum`.`backupfileinfo`.
