Answer

  • Active IQ Unified Manager 9.11 and newer introduces the ability to unlock or lock accounts.
  • To manually lock or unlock a user nagivate to the user page.
    • Select the user or users via the checkbox and then click on lock or unlock as needed.
  • The following options are available via UM CLI for local users

  • Remote users login attempts and policies are controlled by the LDAP, SAML or AD server.
