Issue

Clusters monitored by Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM) appeared in a failed state. Cluster polling was unsuccessful, and the following error was observed in the AIQUM logs:

2025-06-30 07:30:38,686 WARN [oncommand][org.springframework.jms.listener.DefaultMessageListenerContainer#1-1][o.s.j.l.DefaultMessageListenerContainer] Execution of JMS message listener failed, and no ErrorHandler has been set.org.springframework.jms.listener.adapter.ListenerExecutionFailedException: Listener method 'handleMessage' threw exception; nested exception is java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: JMSMessage Cluster is null

Additionally, the ONTAP command output showed:
