Can ActiveIQ Unified Manager "oncommandsvc-stdout" files be deleted ?

  • Yes. "oncommandsvc-stdout" files in \Program Files\netapp\essentials\jboss\standalone\log are just log files and can be removed when AIQUM is not running.
  • The \Program Files\netapp\essentials\jboss\standalone\log contains the following log files which are not needed for the application to run.
    • oncommandsvc-stdout.YYYY-MM-DD - This contains standard output for starting oncommandsv(Netapp Active IQ Unified Manager Server service)
    • oncommandsvc-stderr.YYYY-MM-DD - This contains standard error for starting oncommandsv(Netapp Active IQ Unified Manager Server service)
    • service.YYYY-MM-DD - This contains information indicating that the 'oncommandsvc' Service has been started.
